The room at Deluxe Suites was clean, modern, and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The location was great, just a short walk from Casa da Musica metro station. We appreciated the convenience of a shared kitchen and the availability of tea and coffee. The staff, particularly Fernanda, was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our luggage after check out. Despite a small mix-up with the door code, it was quickly resolved. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Porto.

The hotel was located not far from public transport and nice places to eat and drink, Porto, right near the metro and a lovely market nearby and shops and resterants. The location was absolutely perfect to a high end food market which was a short walk away with tons of great food options and the staff here was helpful and excellent. This hotel is an absolute gem for the price. The attention to detail is impressive, from the beautifully decorated rooms to the lovely relaxing area. Plus, the room was even bigger than expected and came with a jacuzzi and private garden, making it a perfect haven for our holiday.

During my xmas stay, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was cozy and came with a large TV and a comfortable bed. The hotel's location was great, as it was within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. they had a complimentary breakfast that was delicious.

The lift was out of service during my entire stay, and I had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs. the heating in the room was not functional, and it was uncomfortably cold.

Great location, easy access to tourist attractions and had a supermarket nearby. the kitchen was well equipped and clean. They offered free coffee which was a nice touch.

The room's bedsheets and towels were not properly cleaned, and the cleanliness overall was not great. the noise from the street was very loud at night, making it hard to sleep.
